The project’s main contractor, CECEP Techand Middle East, has commenced construction on the AED 2.8 billion development, which is scheduled for completion by Q4 2027.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside is part of the luxurious Keturah Resort and has recently released an additional four Sky mansions onto the market with a staggering value of AED 200 million apiece.
