It is the second year in a row that Sazar Design have received such a prestigious award. They were previously a winner in the category of Best Luxury Commercial Design in the category of Best Luxury Commercial Interior Design in Saudi Arabia for the edgy, industrial design of Beef Stock restaurant.  

This year it is The Modern Villa that the judges have singled out. The private residential villa is designed in a contemporary style with the facades created using angled geometric shapes and lines. The selection of a variety of materials in the construction of the property provides a striking visual contrast. A stylish geometric pattern has also been added to the main elevation of the building, adding a decorative element as well as improving privacy.
