Rentify Launches AI Renewal Command Center for UAE Property Managers
New specialised AI agent expands Earn AI with automated renewals, Open Finance, insurance and payments
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Rentify, a UAE-based fintech and proptech company, has announced the launch of Renewal Command Center, the third specialised AI agent within Earn AI, its AI-native operating platform for rental operations.
The new solution is designed to simplify the rental renewal process by bringing together AI and embedded financial services to support property managers, landlords and tenants.
Through partnerships with YallaCompare and Spare, Rentify is integrating rental insurance, Open Finance-powered affordability assessments and Pay-by-Bank capabilities into the renewal process.
Earn AI currently supports property portfolios representing more than AED 22 billion (US$6 billion) in real estate assets and more than AED 1.3 billion in annual rental value, according to Rentify.
Unlike traditional property management software that primarily records information, Earn AI is designed to identify operational requirements, prepare work and coordinate execution. Property managers can upload spreadsheets, lease agreements and other fragmented portfolio information and transform it into a structured portfolio view.
Each specialised Earn AI agent has a defined responsibility while operating within approval workflows designed to keep property managers in control of key decisions.
The platform’s current AI workforce includes an Intelligence Agent, which transforms fragmented property data into a structured intelligence layer; a Collections Agent, which supports rent collection and payment coordination; and the new Renewal Command Center.
The Renewal Command Center is designed to manage the renewal workflow, including lease generation, tenancy agreements, tenant intelligence, insurance, Open Finance and payments across the UAE.
Rental renewals represent a significant recurring responsibility for property managers, who increasingly need to manage larger portfolios while handling renewals, collections, tenant onboarding, documentation, compliance and financial coordination across multiple systems.
Through Rentify’s Rent Shield product, developed in partnership with YallaCompare, landlords and tenants can access rental insurance during the renewal process.
Integration with Spare enables Open Finance-powered affordability assessments and Pay-by-Bank payment orchestration, adding financial services to the digital renewal workflow.
Rajneel Kumar, Co-founder of Rentify, said: “We built Earn AI around a simple idea that technology should handle the operational heavy lifting so property managers can focus on outcomes for landlords and tenants. Renewal Command Center takes that idea into one of the most repetitive workflows in property management, connecting renewals, tenant intelligence, Open Banking, embedded insurance and payments in a single flow, with every critical decision still made by a person.”
Rashed Hareb, Co-founder and CEO of Rentify, said: “Property managers don’t need more dashboards. They need greater operational capacity. Over the next decade, every major operational function within the property management business will gain a specialised AI counterpart. Our role is to build an operating system that enables those teams to work together seamlessly.”
Rentify said its approach is focused on using AI to reduce repetitive operational work while keeping people responsible for relationships, judgement and portfolio decisions.
The launch expands Earn AI’s role within Rentify’s broader rental infrastructure, which includes payments, tenant services, financial services and AI-powered rental revenue management. Rentify’s platform is built for the GCC rental market, with its website describing Earn AI as an agentic AI platform for rental revenue management.
