Gulf Craft and DIDI Join Forces to Drive Innovation in Yacht Design
Gulf Craft, a global leader in yacht and boat manufacturing, has partnered with the Dubai Institute of Design and Innovation (DIDI) for the third consecutive year to foster innovation, talent development, and excellence in yacht design. This collaboration was announced during a formal signing ceremony at the Gulf Craft stand on the second day of the Dubai International Boat Show (DIBS), highlighting the growing synergy between the two institutions.
The renewed partnership builds on the success of previous years and reinforces Gulf Craft’s commitment to shaping the future of yacht design while advancing the UAE’s reputation as a hub for design and manufacturing excellence. By providing students with hands-on opportunities to tackle real-world challenges in yacht design, the initiative aims to nurture emerging talent and inspire forward-thinking solutions for the maritime industry.
As part of this collaboration, DIDI students will work under the guidance of Gulf Craft’s experts and faculty members to develop innovative yacht design concepts. Gulf Craft’s leadership team, alongside industry professionals, will also serve as jury members for student projects and contribute to workshops, lectures, and panel discussions, offering valuable insights into yacht design, engineering, and business strategy.
