Azizi Developments’ Azizi Central Achieves 57% Construction Milestone
Azizi Developments, one of the UAE’s leading private real estate developers, has reached an exciting milestone in the construction of its modern residential project, Azizi Central, located in the vibrant Al Furjan community. The development is now 57% complete, with its handover set for the final quarter of 2025.
Construction on the site is progressing rapidly, with the project’s structure fully completed. Work on blockwork and internal plastering stands at 97% and 95% respectively. Tiling is well underway at 18%, while the installation of HVAC and MEP systems has reached 64% and 53%, respectively. The project’s façade is 50% complete, elevator installations have progressed to 22%, and overall finishes are now at 37%. To keep up the pace, 414 workers have been deployed to the site, ensuring the development stays on track for timely completion.
